This frame is specifically designed to stick over the top of a 4×6 (10cm x 15cm) photo, and measures 8cm x 13cm on the inside and 140cm x 90cm on the outside – giving a thick 3cm border which can be decorated with paint or felt pens, and can also be glued with craft glue.
